"The 2040m2 building span three storeys, including a rooftop garden. A library, children's reading area, community meeting rooms and staff offices on ground level. Level one features additional library space, maternal and child health consultation rooms and an outdoor play area. Level two features meeting and function rooms for up to 200 people, a commercial kitchen and a landscaped rooftop garden. The outside of the building incorporates recycled brick, etched concrete and a series of perforated metal panels. These panels provide essential shading to ensure the building is energy sufficient."

Painting all internal areas including: chalkboard paint, low VOC, clear varnish finish to main stair plywood balustrades, timber coated with Grims & Sons rich wood oil, handrails, doors and frames with P50 throughout, 7 colours used throughout.

​

External painting: CFC sheets, oiling/finish to roof top timber decking, seats and planters, rendering to exposed concrete columns in Parchem Fosroc FC (concrete-like appearance), rendering to external hobs.
