"This state-of-the-art library and community building is designed by award winning architects FJMT and is the first stage in the redevelopment of the civic plaza. The building is split over 2 levels and integrates the council library with a purpose built centre to provide lifelong learning and community activities in a flexible space able to cater for both large and small groups. The learning hub also caters for children's education and entertainment programs and provides dedicated facilities for community based programs such as maternal and child health services."
